Zodesk.in is an online store specializing in custom 3D-printed products, made to order based on customer specifications. We operate under the trade name Truepub Media Solution Private Limited .
All products are personalized and manufactured only after an order is placed. Due to the custom-made nature of our items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage or incorrect items received, as outlined in our Replacement Policy.
2. Eligibility & Use of Website

Please note:
- Product images and visuals on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may vary slightly due to the inherent nature of 3D printing.
- We are not responsible for errors in customization input provided by the customer, such as incorrect spelling, measurements, or design choices.
- Once an order is placed and production has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed securely through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- We use trusted third-party payment gateways for secure transactions. Zodesk.in does not store your payment card details.
- In the event of a failed transaction where payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us at support@zodesk.in and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are made-to-order with a production time of 1–3 business days before dispatch.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier performance.
- Zodesk.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Replacement Policy
Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Replacements are only available under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
To request a replacement:
- Email us at support@zodesk.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
