Return & Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Since all our products are 3D printed and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds. Replacements are only available in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

In all other cases, replacements or refunds will not be issued.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement request, contact us at support@zodesk.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item.

If your replacement request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package back to:

Items sent back without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@zodesk.in if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

As all products are custom 3D printed to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than damage or incorrect item received. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size/color/variant
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or wrong item and your replacement is approved, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

As all products are 3D printed to order, we do not offer refunds. Replacements will be processed upon approval of your request. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the replacement has been approved.
