Thank you for shopping with Zodesk.in. All our products are custom 3D-printed to order, so please read this policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Partners

We work with a trusted network of courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Amazon Shipping
  • Ekart Logistics
  • DTDC
  • Other regional courier services as needed

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and service availability.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.


Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Since every product is made-to-order, please allow time for production before dispatch:

Production Time 1–3 business days
Dispatch After production is complete

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

Metro & Tier 1 Cities 2–4 business days
Tier 2/3 Cities 3–7 business days
Rural & Remote Areas May take additional time

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and courier performance.


Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Natural calamities (floods, storms, earthquakes)
  • Political unrest, strikes, or transport disruptions
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, final delivery is outside our direct control. However, our team will always do its best to help you track your shipment and resolve any delivery concerns.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.


Damaged Shipments

We take great care in securely packaging every order. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zodesk.in
  2. Share clear photos of the damaged package and product
  3. Include your Order ID in the message

If eligible, we will assist with a replacement as per our Replacement Policy.
